This Cryopump Temperature Indicator is designed to monitor cryopump temperature in Kelvin. The DB-9 Connector has two output signals, the diode signal and an analog voltage output signal with a range of 0.100 DC Volt to 3.20 DC Volts (0.100 VDC= 10 Degrees Kelvin and 3.20 VDC= 320 Degrees Kelvin). Comes with with 10 ft. control cable. This model 1 unit has no setpoints. The ACC TEMPERATURE INDICATOR is used to monitor cryopump operating temperatures in the range of 10 to 320 Kelvin.
