The pressure-lubrication system within every Leybold TRIVAC B Vacuum Pump, makes it possible to connect main flow oil filters; this gasket (PN:23973043) is placed between the pump and the oil filter housing. Oil Filters are available either for mechanical filtering (OF types) or combined chemical/ mechanical filtering (CF types).
