This HEPA exhaust filter traps particles and tip seal dust from the internal workings of the TriScroll 300 Dry Scroll Vacuum Pump. It stops tip seal dust particles from being discharged to the atmosphere and work environment. The HEPA filter traps particles > 0.3 microns at a rated 99.97% efficiency. Replacement filters are also available with no connection hardware.

HEPA exhaust filter kit includes:

• HEPA filter with 3/8 inch MNPT
• Adapter FNPT 3/8 inch to KF16
• KF16 centering ring and KF16 clamp
