This HEPA exhaust filter traps particles and tip seal dust from the internal workings of the TriScroll 600 Dry Scroll Vacuum Pump. It stops tip seal dust particles from being discharged to the atmosphere and work environment. The HEPA filter traps particles > 0.3 microns at a rated 99.97% efficiency. Replacement filters are also available with no connection hardware.

• HEPA filter with 3/8 inch MNPT
• Adapter FNPT 3/8 inch to KF25
• KF25 centering ring and KF25 clamp
