This is an Edwards replacement oil cartridge for nEXT240D, nEXT300D, and nEXT400D turbo pumps. It provides lubrication for the bearing at the bottom of the pump. The oil cartridge can be replaced on-site. Access to the oil cartridge is gained by removal of the four M4 button head screws at the base of the pump. Removal and replacement of the oil cartridge requires Edwards oil cartridge tool kit (part number P106357). Download the service toolkit manual and follow the instructions for replacing the oil cartridge. This Edwards oil cartridge has part number B80000811.

It is recommended to change both the oil cartridge and bearing at the same time. The bearing and oil cartridge (part number P106360) can be serviced on-site by any service engineer trained by Edwards, and also requires the Edwards bearing replacement tool kit (part number P106358). Follow the service interval specified in the pump's manual.
