These Edwards nXDS micron filter traps can either be used on the pump's inlet to protect from debris that might be sucked in from the vacuum chamber or they can be used between the vacuum pump and the exhaust line to trap out tip-seal dust. These Edwards nXDS filter traps are supplied ready with a 5 micron element, have KF-25 vacuum flanges, and Edwards part number A505-97-805.
