These Edwards iH and iL semiconductor dry pump Key Pad Display Module are used to connect to Edwards im Applied Smart Interface Module to control your iQDP pumps. The Key Pad Display Module also connects to the iH or iL electric module and allows the user to take local control of iH and iL series vacuum pumps. The display module can be used to start and stop the pump and change internal settings, such as, open gas ballast and other functions.
