New Leybold RuVac WAU-251 Roots Blower Booster Vacuum Pump, Hydrocarbon LVO-100, 3-phase, 208-230/460 VAC. PN 11721.

The Leybold WAU 251 WAU-251 HYRDOCARBON OIL standard series Root's blower vacuum pumps are driven by air cooled motors. They have shaft seal feedthrough to the atmosphere and the pump is coupled to the air cooled motor. The WAU pumps are easy to operate! They include a pressure differential valve that allows them to be started at the same time as the roughing pump. In the event of an excessively high pressure difference between the flanges, the valve will open. Then a part of the pumped gas will flow through this line back to the intake flange. Therefore the pump may be switched on together with the backing pump at atmospheric pressure. This increases the pumping speed of the pump combination also at high intake pressures. These Leybold WAU 251 WAU-251 are industrial series pumps being prepare from the factory with HYDROCARBON LVO-100 standard vacuum pump oil.
