These Varian Agilent FRG-700 full range active pressure gauge kits are designed to work with the Varian Agilent TPS-Compact, MiniTask 81, AG Turbo Controllers, and the Ideal Vacuum iCart Dry System. The DIY FRG 700 full range gauge is a Pirani and Cold Cathode combination gauge design and can measure pressure from atmosphere to 7x10-9 Torr. The DIY full range gauge is designed to interface directly with all the systems above. The pressure data is displayed on board the systems control windows in Torr, Pascal, or mbar and can be obtained through serial communication and analog outputs.
