These MKS Instruments 290 ion gauge controllers feature autorunning & process control. They are precision instrument designed to indicate high vacuum pressures from a SINGLE ION GAUGE TUBE to 1x10-3 to 1x10-8 Torr. The MKS 290 can operates and displays pressure from one ion gauge tube. The MKS 290 ion gauge controller has two independent ionization gauge set points to provide process control over 5 decades of high vacuum pressure. The basic unit is comprised of a power supply, electrometer, emission controller and ion gauge meter. These MKS Instruments 290 high vacuum ion gauge controllers operate on either 115 or 220 VAC. Ion gauge cable and ion gauge tubes are available but sold separately.
