This is a new Ideal Vacuum QCM Crystal Sensor Microdot Coalxial Cable, 30 Inch Length. It is used in PVD coating chambers and is compatible with Inficon, Fil-Tech and other common crystal sensors. It has an extra layer of Teflon to protect the shielded cable from deposition material.
