About the HiPace 350 turbo pump with CF 6.0" flange
Pfeiffer HiPace 350 turbomolecular high-vacuum pump with a Conflat CF 6.0 inch inlet flange and KF-16 outlet flange have a pumping speed of 350 liters per second (l/s) and an ultimate pressure of 3.5 x 10
-10 Torr. The pump can be mounted in any orientation. 24 VDC input power at a maximum of 300 Watts is required. This Pfeiffer HiPace 350 pump comes with an integrated TC 400 drive unit side-mounted to the pump. The TC 400 has an RS485 (M12) communication port, a D-sub connector for remote operation, and two M12 accessory ports (to control an air-cooling fan or solenoid valve). This HiPace 350 turbo pump with CF 6.0" inlet and TC 400 drive unit and has Pfeiffer part number: PM P070 411 40.
About the OmniControl 300 drive control unit
The Pfeiffer OmniControl 300 turbo pump controller can be bench top or rack mounted and is designed to operate Pfeiffer HiPace 300, HiPace 350, and HiPace 450 turbo pumps that have the integrated TC 400 drive unit. The OmniControl 300 supplies 24 VDC at a maximum of 300 Watts to the TC 400 electronic drive unit which then powers the pump. Separate power and communication interface cables are used to connect the OmniControl 300 to the TC 400 drive unit. Input power to the OmniControl 300 is 115/230 VAC and a standard C14 rear-mounted socket is provided for mains power entry. This OmniControl 300 turbo pump display control unit and power supply has Pfeiffer part number PE D60 100 0.
About the cooling unit options
The turbo pump comes ready to install water cooling or cooling fan unit to the side of the pump with two banjo bolts, or a third option for a round water cooling unit to be installed at the bottom of the pump with three bolts. The water cooling block and the round unit have push-fit connectors for the supply and discharge hoses (8mm OD plastic hose). The hose connections may be unscrewed and removed to make use of the integrated G 1/8” threads. The radial air cooling fan unit comes with a M12 connector to be powered with the TC 400 Drive. These cooling units can be found in this website with the following P10xxxx numbers:
- Pfeiffer Radial Air Cooling Fan: P1012615 (Pfeiffer part number: PM Z01 374)
