This is a 115 VAC Leybold intake flange heater for the HiPace 300 and 350 turbo pump (including chemical resistant models) with CF 6.0 inch flange (DN 100 CF) and TC 400 drive unit. The intake flange may be baked up to 120 °C if the turbo pump is water cooled. Operate the pump with water cooling when baking out. Do not use this intake flange heater band on an air cooled pump - damage to the pump will occur.
The band heater has an attached relay box with a short control cable with M12 connector which connects directly to one of the accessory ports on the TC 400 drive unit. The relay box must be wired with appropriate cable and plug to a 115 VAC power source.
