This is an Ideal Vacuum Cube 9 x 9 inch plate with one ISO-F 160 port. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is uncoated for bakeout to 150°C, the limit of the Viton sealing O-ring.

The ISO-F port has 5/16-18 tapped holes for mounting a turbo pump, or ISO flanged tubing. To mount an ISO-K flanged turbo pump or tubing, single claw clamps (P104065) and a centering ring with O-ring seal are needed. (P101769).
