This cable allows you to connect a Windows 10 or 11 computer or laptop with the AutoExplor system control software to an ExploraVAC series thermal vacuum chamber system. Note: This cable is for ExploraVAC series systems only. It is not used with ExploraVAC MAX series systems.

A serial (DB9-Male) molded connector is on one end, and a molded USB Type A connector is on the other. This adapter cable uses the FTDI chipset and is 10 ft. Long. Drivers for this cable are preinstalled in Windows. Once the cable is plugged in, a COM port is automatically assigned and AutoExplor will automatically communicate with the ExploraVAC system.
