New Edwards Single Stage Single Head D-LAB 20-100 Diaphragm Vacuum Pump for Chemical Laboratories PN A48017941
The Edwards D-LAB 20-100 Diaphragm vacuum pump is especially made for chemistry laboratory operations and has a Pumping Speed of 20L min. and Ultimate Vacuum of 75 mbar at 60hz. These pumps are basically corrosion and solvent resistant since their parts in contact with the pumped medium are made of PTFE (Teflon), FFPM (Kalrez) and PVDF (Solef). The Edwards D-LAB vacuum pumps are corrosion-resistant to corrosive gas and liquids, unlike other common vacuum pumps, e.g., oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps. The D-LAB diaphragm pumps are built on an oilless dry vacuum pumping technology which produces an oil-free vacuum. The D-LAB series vacuum pumps are commonly used in application, such as, rotary evaporators, drying chambers, filtration units, vacuum distillation configurations, gel drying, sublimation, evacuating desiccators, analysis preparation, stream sterilization, small sample freeze drying, and medical applications.
These Edwards D-LAB series vacuum pumps are available in either single head stage or dual twin stage pumps. The ultimate pressure for the single stage pumps (models 10-100, 20-100, 34-100) is 75 Torr while the dual stage pumps (models 10-8, 20-8, 34-8) reach 6 Torr. The best pump for your application will best match your vacuum needs. If your application operating vacuum flow is higher and your base is not that import then choose the single-stage pumps. If you application does not have a constant flow of gas and you need the best possible vacuum pressure then choose the dual stage vacuum pumps.
This Edwards 20-100 Single Stage, Single Head Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps have 1.2 m3h-1 and 20 lmin-1 Pumping Speed, and 75 Torr Ultimate Vacuum Pressure, G 1/8 intake & exhaust suitable for 10 mm hose and 115 VAC, 60 Hz. This pump is Brand New and ready for shipment. All accessories for this pump are available on this website. An Operating Instructions .PDF for the Edwards D-Lab Diaphragm Pumps can be downloaded to the side at Downloads.
