Leybold PN 15813V01.
These Absolute Linear Pressure Sensor Gauges excel through a high
overload response as well as have excellent corrosion and vibration resistance. With a wide measurement range due to the
combined measurement principle. They are very compact and have two in one sensors, the capacitive ceramic diaphragm sensor and Piezo resistive diaphragm sensor. They come with a 5 meter connection cable KF16 to 7 pole diode plug.
They Connect to Leybold Controllers
Graphix 1,2,3 and Display 1,2,3 Series via a signal converter.
Pressure Display Range:
- Absolute pressure measurement:
0.1 to 200 mbar or 1 to 2000 mbar
- Relative pressure measurement:
-1000 mbar to + 1000 mbar.
Can be used with Leybold Controllers
Graphix and Dispaly Series via Signal Converter.
