These Agilent Varian TwisTorr AG rack mount controller with RS232/485 interface are use with the Agilent TwisTorr 305 FS turbomolceular vacuum pumps. The TwisTorr 305 FS controllers are micro-processor-controlled, solid-state, frequency converter with self-diagnostic and self-protection features.
