Ideal Vacuum Cube 9 x 9 Vacuum Chamber Plate With Four Conflat CF 3.375 in. Ports.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH COPPER GASKETS. USE ONLY WITH VITON CF GASKETS!

This is an Ideal Vacuum Cube 9 x 9 inch plate with four CF 3.375" Conflat ports. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and powder coated blue.

This Conflat CF ported plate has 5/16-24 UNF tapped holes for mounting a turbo pump or CF flanged tubing. The plate's Conflat ports each require eight (8) 5/16-24 x 1.0" long, silver-plated, 12 point bolts (P1012250). The CF ports are not compatible with metal gaskets. Use only Viton seals (P104342). Cube baseline vacuum is 1 x 10^-7 Torr.
