Ideal Vacuum Cube Plate Adapter Kit 12 x 12 in. to One Centered 6 x 6 in., Uncoated.

This is an uncoated Ideal Vacuum Cube adapter plate that converts a 12 x 12 Cube frame opening to one centered 6 x 6 inch opening. The 6 x 6" opening accepts any 6 x 6 Cube plate, greatly expanding porting options for pumping and feedthroughs, or viewing options. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is uncoated for bakeout to 150°C, the limit of the Viton sealing O-ring.

12 x 12 to one centered 6 x 6 adapter plate
One Viton O-ring for 12 x 12 Cube Plate (P108428)
One Viton O-ring for 6 x 6 Cube plate (P107295)
Thirty-two 1/4"-20 x 5/16" long SHCS mounting screws, P1013341 (includes 8 spares)
