Agilent Varian 563 Glass Ion Tungsten Filament Gauge KF25 NW25 Kovar Flange, PN K2466306
In Stock: 1

These Ion Gauge Tubes have a KF25 NW25 Kovar Flange vacuum connection and an operating range from 1x10-3 to 2x10-10 Torr. These ion gauge tubes are compatible with most modern hot cathode ion gauge tubes. They have a sensitivity of Torr-1 and standard operating voltages (collector 0 VDC, Grid +180 VDC, filament +30 VDC with 4 VAC filament voltage). In high and ultra-high vacuum ranges, a platinum shield prevents external electrical fields from affecting the low ion current. In higher pressure ranges where the number of ions produced is much greater, the platinum conductive coating drains off the static charge which can build up on the inside of the glass tube. Thus, the 563 tube gives superior performance throughout the entire range of the tube.

Agilent Varian 572 Glass Ion Gauge Tube, Bayard-Alpert Style, Dual Tungsten, 1 in Port, PN:K7360301
Out of Stock

These dual tungsten glass ion gauge tubes have a 1 inch port vacuum connection and an operating range from 1x10-3 to 2x10-10 Torr. These ion gauge tubes are compatible with most modern hot cathode ion gauge tubes. They have a sensitivity of 10 Torr-1 and standard operating voltages (collector 0 VDC, Grid +180 VDC, filament -30 VDC with 5 VAC). The hot tungsten filaments react with oxygen to rapidly form tungsten oxide and therefore poor vacuum can rapidly cause catastrophic oxidation of hot tungsten components. They are most practical in environments having little risk of oxygen exposure. However, tungsten filamets are suited for applications where backstreaming of oil from diffusion pumps is heavy.
